Das Landratsamt Regensburg kontrolliert gemeinsam mit den Gemeinden ortsansässige Betriebe bezüglich der Einhaltung der aktuell geltenden Corona-Maßnahmen. Der Fokus liegt hierbei unter anderem auf köpernahen Dienstleistungen.
Zur Eindämmung der vierten Corona-Welle werden aktuell vom Landratsamt Regensburg und den Gemeinden vermehrt Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ortsansässiger Betriebe auf die Einhaltung der Vorgaben aus der 15. BayIfSMV kontrolliert. Hierbei wird der Schwerpunkt auf Betriebe der sogenannten körpernahen Dienstleistungen, wie Friseurbetriebe oder Nagelstudios, sowie auf die Gastronomie gelegt.
Aktuelle Regelungen für körpernahe Dienstleistungen
Bei körpernahen Dienstleistungen müssen Kunden unter anderem eine FFP2-Maske tragen und 2G erfüllen, also geimpft oder genesen sind. Die Betriebe haben die Kontaktdaten der Kunden zu erfassen. Für Inhaber und Personal ist zweimal wöchentlich ein PCR-Test oder ein arbeitstäglicher Schnelltest erforderlich. Die Aufbewahrungspflicht beträgt zwei Wochen. Kinder unter zwölf Jahren und drei Monaten sind von der Nachweispflicht befreit.
Aktuelle Regelungen für Gastrobetreiber
In der Gastronomie gilt ebenfalls 2G für Gäste. Am festen Sitzplatz ist keine FFP2-Maske mehr zu tragen. Für Inhaber und Personal ist zweimal wöchentlich ein PCR-Test oder ein arbeitstäglicher Schnelltest erforderlich. Die Aufbewahrungspflicht beträgt zwei Wochen. Minderjährige Schülerinnen und Schüler müssen keinen Testnachweis vorlegen. Das Gleiche gilt für Kinder unter zwölf Jahren und drei Monaten.
Zusätzlich gehen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Landratsamtes vermehrt den Hinweisen aus der Bevölkerung auf konkrete Verstöße nach.
