Beim Shoppingcenter Performance Report (SCPR) landet das Donau-Einkaufszentrum (DEZ) dank der guten Bewertung seiner Mieter mit Platz zehn erneut unter den TOP 10 der 400 deutschen Einkaufszentren und bleibt damit bestes Shoppingcenter Bayerns. Mit einer Gesamt-Durchschnittsnote von 2,00 ist das Donau-Einkaufszentrum in diesem Jahr zufrieden.
Das Donau-Einkaufszentrum (DEZ) landete, dank der guten Bewertung seiner Mieter, beim Shoppingcenter Performance Report (SCPR) mit Platz zehn erneut unter den TOP 10 der 400 deutschen Einkaufszentren. Das DEZ bleibt damit das beste Shoppingcenter Bayerns. Thomas Zink, Geschäftsführer des Donau-Einkaufszentrums, freut sich über dieses Ergebnis sehr.
Große Freude zur überdurchschnittlichen Bewertung
„Wie zufrieden sind Sie mit der Performance ihrer Filialen in Deutschlands Shoppingcentern?“ Jedes Jahr stellt die Gutachterfirma Ecostra diese Frage Filialunternehmen in Deutschland, die in mindestens drei Einkaufszentren mit Stores vertreten sind. Das Ergebnis wird dann im Shoppingcenter Performance Report (SCPR) veröffentlicht. 2024 beteiligten sich 92 Filialunternehmen an der Befragung. Mit einer Gesamt-Durchschnittsnote von 2,00 belegt das Donau-Einkaufszentrum in diesem Jahr den 10. Platz unter 400 in der Erhebung berücksichtigten deutschen Einkaufszentren. Damit ist das Donau-Einkaufszentrum zudem Bayerns und Süddeutschlands bestes Center im Ranking.
„Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir erneut zu den zehn besten Shoppingcentern Deutschlands gehören und unsere Mietpartner uns seit vielen Jahren so konstant gut bewerten“, kommentiert der Geschäftsführer des Donau-Einkaufszentrums Thomas Zink das Ranking. Auch in diesem Jahr haben mit 15 der im Donau-Einkaufszentrum vertretenen Filialisten überdurchschnittlich viele Mieter eine Bewertung für den SCPR abgegeben.
Große Auswahl dank 140 Anbietern
Auf einer Gesamtfläche von über 75.000 Quadratmetern haben die Kunden im Donau-Einkaufszentrum aktuell die Auswahl aus 140 Anbietern aus den Bereichen Einzelhandel, Dienstleistung und Gastronomie. Jeden Tag besuchen bis zu 40.000 Kunden das Donau-Einkaufszentrum. Dabei nutzen sie die 3300 kostenlosen Parkplätze und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV.
Was ist der Shoppingcenter Performance Report?
Der Shoppingcenter Performance Report (SCPR) ist eine seit 2011 von der Wiesbadener Beratungsfirma Ecostra durchgeführte Onlineumfrage, bei der die Mieter die Ertragsstärke ihrer Läden in 400 deutschen Einkaufszentren benoten können. Teilnehmen können Filialisten, die in mindestens drei Einkaufszentren Stores haben. Bei der Beantwortung der Fragen steht neben Umsatzleistung der Filialen auch die Kostenstruktur im Mittelpunkt, so dass sich die Zufriedenheit der Mieter aus dem Ertrag im jeweiligen Store ergibt. In das Ranking aufgenommen werden Einkaufszentren, die auf mehr als fünf Nennungen kommen. In diesem Jahr traf das auf 236 von 400 Centern zu.
