Das beliebte Bewegungsprogramm „Sport im Park“ wird zur Wintersaison erstmals auch im Stadtteil Burgweinting angeboten. Ab Ende Oktober lädt das städtische Sportamt jeweils am Freitagvormittag zum Nordic Walking in den Aubachpark ein.
Auf geht´s zur netten Runde
Das Angebot ist wie immer kostenlos und richtet sich an alle, die Freude an Bewegung in netter, zwangloser Runde haben. Zielgruppe sind Frauen und Männer, die sich vormittags eine Stunde Zeit nehmen können. „Es machen erfahrungsgemäß viele Menschen jenseits der 50 mit, was uns besonders freut“, so Bürgermeisterin Astrid Freudenstein.
Los geht es in Burgweinting erstmals am Freitag, den 25. Oktober, um 10:30 Uhr. Treffpunkt ist gegenüber der Otto-Schwerdt-Schule. Rainer Welz wird die Gruppe anleiten, Einsteiger sind herzlich willkommen. Nordic-Walking-Stöcke sollen bitte mitgebracht werden. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht notwendig. Der Kurs findet auch in den Ferien statt.
